eBay This is matted and framed but the mat and frame are nothing special. The litho done by Michael Priest is very colorful. Horse and jockey both have a gold tooth. Great graphics. It measures roughly 16 3/8 by 11 1/4. Some is under the matting. This is the same size I found originals to be. There is a small piece of tape just to the right of the sugar cube.
