CONSCIOUS MUSIC DEAD4 PC PUZZLE+1 EXTRA PASSRARE BACKSTAGE PASS GUITARARTIST:REONEGRO I wanted the Circus Train series and other backstage pass concepts to be on a different level and unique to the music industry. Since The Grateful Dead had many tour dates, I thought it would be cool to connect all the passes together to form a puzzle. This new and never been done before motif paved the way for other bands to follow. To this day I still receive calls from fans who are missing passes in the hopes of completing their series. Not only were the passes connected but I also placed hidden messages or stories in the artwork. The Circus Train pass series has the name “Rose” on the clown car. Rose has two meanings in this context; it’s a well-known symbol for the band and also the name of my mother. The Circus Train was inspired by the Big Thunder Mountain roller coaster while sketching on location at Disney World Florida.
