AOR 2.160 OP-2 Grateful Dead Memorial poster by artist: Alton Kelley. This printing has the days of the week blacked out because they were listed incorrectly. The shows took place over the Memorial Day weekend in 1968 at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco during the height of the Vietnam war and the art makes a commentary on such. As a CGC Grade of 7.5 the poster is not in mint condition but does remain a quite beautiful piece. I have tried to show in the detailed photos all areas of the poster with defects. As a Grateful Dead poster from the Carousel Ballroom during it's short run in 1968, this poster remains in high demand.The poster will ship in a cardboard flat pack.
